A little catering company in New Jersey, run by me — where everything is hand-crafted, made fresh, and built around the people you're feeding. American and Indian flavors, fused with a lot of love. No two menus are ever alike.
I was born and raised by a highly-skilled chef — aka my mom — and that's where I learned the most important thing about cooking: you put love into the food, and people can taste it.
AMR is my way of carrying that forward. The whole idea is to take what you already know and love about both American and Indian flavors and gently heighten them — fusing the two into something that feels familiar and brand-new at the same time.
Everything is hand-crafted and fully yours. I sit down with you, learn what your day is really about, and build the menu from there. That's why I always say no two menus are ever alike — yours shouldn't look like anyone else's.

Showers, birthdays, bachelorettes — anything up to 100 guests. A mix of savory and sweet with private-chef style and elegance, every item prepared and plated right there on-site. I stay through the evening for replenishment and clean-up, so you get to be a guest at your own party.
